Decking Profiles

Hardwood Decking Timber is available in strips or decking sizes ranging from 40 x 19mm and up to the ultra sturdy 190 x 45mm. The most popular decking size we stock is the 140 x 19mm with the smooth face and pencil rounds on four edges, coming in lengths ranging from 1.8m and up to 4.0m, average lengths being around 3.0 meters.

Recommended fixing for this decking size is with 10 gauge, 60mm decking nails or screws, with 2 fixings per joist. We recommend all hardwood timber decking is protected with Sikkens decking coating system to retain its natural colour and to preserve the life of the timber decking, or alternately, it can be left to silver off naturally if desirable.
