	Alaskan Yellow Cedar Used for external joinery, boat building, battery separators, pattern-making, carving, wall panelling and vats.
	Black Walnut (American) Used for decorative veneer, furniture, panelling and carving (because of its good resistance to sudden blows it is favoured for gunstocks).
	Brushbox Used for flooring, cladding, panelling, mallets, pulley blocks and bridge decking (in dry areas).
	Calophyllum Used for general construction, flooring, joinery, veneer, turnery and furniture.
	Cedar (Western Red) Used for cladding, external joinery, garden furniture, window sashes and frames, greenhouses, roofing shingles and shakes.
